We have purchased driveway alarms from here previously and they have always worked great. This new one works great as well. Only negative is the green color of the outside unit of our new driveway informer. Our old one was black and we liked that much better as it did not show up as much.

The doorbell was easy to install and works great. I received my purchase faster than expected. I also purchased a firebell to connect to the door chime. Works great but lowest setting for it to ring for 5 seconds which may not sound like a lot but we disconnected that part. Would definitely recommend using 1-800-Doorbell

This device worked like a charm. Our employees like it a lot better than the constant screeching of the previous buzzer. That rang all the time the door was open.

The system was easy to set up. We do wish it was louder though! We are going to add another unit. The lights are amazing though :)

We have a big house and tried using a doorbell extender with line-of-sight range of 500 feet, but it didn’t work. We have a house with lots of rooms, brick walls, etc., but the doorbell extender with line-of-sight range of 1000 feet worked to give us excellent coverage.

Replacement to my original doorbell that rubber push bar dry rotted. Easy to order, same exact part as original, quick delivery, popped it in place and works great with the original indoor chime box.

The long distance doorbell was easy to install and setup. I wish there were other ‘normal’ sounds, because the best was the Indiana Jones theme and it’s too cool to use as our main doorbell chime.

Excellent customer service. All questions answered with clarity and patience. The driveway protection devices were easily installed and they work well. The transmitters seem waterproof and I’m interested to see how they survive the winter however I believe they will do extremely well. I will be adding more for additional protection. Very helpful. They helped me determine which product would be best for my application and it was different than what I initially contacted them for. It has since been installed and works fantastic. Highly recommend them for their products and customer service.

Arrived as described in working order and good quality. There was an issue with delayed shipping, but when asked, refunded shipping charges. Probably the carriers fault though, so Would trust them with future orders, although shipping charges seem out of whack.

My application was to extend a existing electronic chime unit that was hardwired to a house transformer and standard doorbell switch. After first pairing the unit and testing it, attached the transmitter as instructed to the unit and BAMM, the received lite up and sounded great wherever I took it in my 3000 square ft house, outside in the garage and detached building too. Great range, flawless set-up and works better than expected.

I ordered these doorbell buttons from your company and these fit the spots in the mailbox and worked perfectly with the old doorbell system when installed.

After a week works perfect .So easy to install pair up the reciever and transmitter and slaped it up on a fence post no adjustment needed works perfect. Very impressed recomdmend it fully .

Most stores only carry push buttons that are lit, but sometimes the low voltage systems can support the light. I had an old door opener that wouldn't work with a lit push button. 1800Doorbell had unlit buttons and saved my day!

Have transmitter at end of driveway about a 100 yards from house. Have a receiver in house and shop which is a metal building and both pick up signal.

Always leary of using a new web-based service for the first time. This one was top notch. Was having trouble finding a simple but effective method for my wife on hospice to reach me immediately if I was out of calling out reach. The LRA-VPRX turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. A great simple system that is reliable, long-range, and delivered quickly & securely. I copied the directions sheet and gave it to my hospice nurse to see if other are search for the same solution from a reliable company.

Received product and installed flawlessly according to the instructions. Sensor works very well and does not spread too wide like another type we had prior. We sell appliances and sometimes customers stand right inside the door looking at products. This beam stays very close to the door and does not keep ringing when someone is standing close to the door. Would recommend!

The 1800 doorbell works well. It has excellent range and a range of chimes that ring loud and clear. thr housing for the outside ringer is a bit flimsy and required a woo shim to secure it to the concrete facia.Battery life and the heat exposure will be a true test of longevity?

After trying to listen to 52 chimes (I stopped after 30) to see if the Star Spangled Banner was included - I got in touch with service and was able to choose correctly.

This is the best door bell I have found that can be heard over high velocity dryers and dogs barking. I had thought I could add additional strobe lights, but the only thing I can add is additional receivers with the strobe in them.

We have had our driveway monitor for 20 years - and just recently had a problem with the transmitter (only because one of the screws stripped and couldn't make the seal tight enough and water penetrated the circuit board inside). Can't live without this product when you live out in the country with a very long driveway!! Great product and reasonable priced!

I bought this doorbell to cover the anchors in the wall after the removal of a video doorbell. There aren’t may buttons with bases this tall. This one easily covered the anchors and looks nice as well. I wish it came in other finishes though. It installed quickly and easily and has a nice even light.

NB If you are ordering from Australia, note you'll need to buy an Australian 240V 12V Optimus Prime. Cost me $10.The US one is no good, as it's 110V

Here in the North East, mounting the unit close to the ground with occasional deep snow-cover was not an option. The sensor is 9' off the ground targeting the driveway 35' away, (used a string line to pin point the beam). Only 4 stars since it has only been in operation for a few days, so far so good. Customer service very helpful from both the manufacturer and "Doorbell"

I was very comfortable with her which help sway my decision to order from them. I have sense installed the doorbell and flashing strobe light and I am very pleased. It is loud enough to be heard in a barking dog environment. Would recommend.

Installation was pretty easy. Everything worked well. I would give it 5 stars, except the ring chime selection was poor. Most choices were gimmicky sounds like police cars or firetrucks. Only one sounded close to a normal door bell ring.
