I can now hear my doorbell anywhere in the house. When I needed help installing the device it was possible to get immediate advice over the phone. And the company was very helpful in supplying me with an AC adapter I needed.

Many thanks to Marilee for her good answers to my questions. She supplied me with the needed transformer that I needed to get the doorbell working for some almost deaf friends of mine in the neighborhood. Will be buying more soon. Bob

6 stars for the service!!! I don't know about the quality of the product. Initial install went okay for a couple of weeks. Batteries may be dead and it was suggested that a power supply be used. They shipped the power supply that day and it came quickly! I have not installed the power supply yet, so I'm holding back on rating the quality of the product. I definitely would buy from them again though!!!

When I first got door bell, I had problems with it, continuing blinking after bell was rung. He adapter that was sent fixed the problem. It’s a great doorbell, and I would buy it again!

Received my product however the directions in the box was not for my product of how to set up, said must go to website, can't find set up. Still in box. Not using. Very dissatisfied. Please help. Can't tell you if the product is any good because I can't set it up,

Compact. Plenty of cord length to move receiver away from outlet so that you have room for other plug in devices. Quick delivery.

This adapter saved me from constantly having to buy 3 C cell batteries. My Dad gets a lot of visitors and the receiver is on te loudest setting with flashing strobe lights. This setting eats those batteries but the AC adapter pays for itself!

I purchased a doorbell system to be used in a nontraditional manner. I wanted a reliable, high quality communication system to be used in my elderly parent’s, large home so my parents could alert me if they needed help. I found the website and phone call support to be extremely helpful in choosing a versatile system that we could adapt to my parent’s home. I even attached magnets to the back side of the doorbells so my parents can wear their door bells on their clothing. I also have two doorbells placed in the bathrooms of the house for extra assurance so they can call me, if they need help. I have peace of mind knowing that if I am on the second floor of their house and my mother is in the basement doing laundry, she can push her doorbell and I will hear it. I can then go to her location and ascertain that she is safe and then assist her. My mom loves wearing her doorbell attached to her camisole. I think she feels safer with it. My dad loves to sit outside and watch the birds. I know he can alert me if he needs assistance outside. Thank you for providing peace of mind to my family.

Being an old geezer with diminished sight and hearing this is one of the greatest things I have been fortunate to acquire. Recommend it to all in need of a quality doorbell.

Eliminates need for batteries.

Bought this door bell extender kit along with power adapter to allow my house door bells to be extended to the detached garage. It arrived early and in perfect condition. Due to travelling I will not be able to install and test this unit for another couple weeks but with its 1000ft operating coverage I am expecting to have no issues.

Customer service sent this unit to me to resolve a problem with my doorbell extender---it worked right the first time! A great job with solution that really worked.
