Shipping Policy

This page explains how 1800Doorbell handles standard and expedited shipping, when orders typically leave the warehouse, what delivery expectations apply, and what customers should know about tracking and signature requirements.

Standard shipping

Flat-rate domestic shipping of $8.00 for most orders
Unlimited items in the cart for most standard orders
Some oversized, heavy, or bulk orders may be excluded
Standard shipments usually leave the next business day
Delivery is typically 2 to 6 business days after shipment

Expedited shipping

Multiple expedited methods may be offered at checkout
Rates depend on package size, weight, and destination
Orders placed before 2 PM ET may ship the same business day
Expedited methods are generally not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
UPS services are the only methods with guaranteed delivery times

Tracking and delivery details

Customers receive an order confirmation and, once the order ships, a shipment confirmation with tracking information. Please review carrier tracking for delivery exceptions, delays, weather holds, or address issues.

Business deliveries should include the company name when applicable
Residential deliveries should be clearly marked as residential
Orders over $150 may require an adult signature
Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed
Weekend delivery may be limited for commercial locations

Seasonal deadlines and carrier delays

Holiday and high-volume shipping deadlines change from season to season. If we publish seasonal cutoff guidance, it is intended as a planning aid, not a guarantee against carrier delay. Once a shipment is in transit, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
