Standard Shipping

  • Flat-rate domestic shipping of $8.00 for most orders
  • Covers unlimited items in the shopping cart (some bulk orders excluded)
  • Ships via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground
  • Typically ships the following business day
  • Delivery within 2-6 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping

  • Multiple expedited shipping options are available at checkout
  • Rates vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination
  • View current rates during the checkout process
  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST may ship the same day
  • Not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • UPS services are the only shipping methods with guaranteed delivery times

Holiday Shipping Deadlines 2024

Below is the cut-off date for expedited orders to expect them to arrive before December 25th. Please note that services such as “Same Day,” “Next Day,” “3-Day,” etc., have guaranteed delivery dates. If the delivery deadline is missed for an expedited order, and we shipped it according to our policy, we cannot refund you for the order. Once it leaves our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for UPS and FedEx delivery times.

Please note that our cut-off time is 2 PM EST for expedited shipping.

USPS Deadlines

  • First-Class Mail: Monday, December 16 (Running exceptionally late).
  • Priority Mail Express: Wednesday, December 18

UPS Deadlines

  • Ground Service: Varies by location (Check UPS website with origin zip code 30144)
  • 3 Day Select: December 19
  • 2nd Day Air: December 20
  • Next Day Air: December 23
  • Note: No weekend delivery to commercial locations

FedEx Deadlines

  • Ground Economy: December 13
  • Home Delivery/Ground (5-Day): December 17
  • Home Delivery/Ground (4-Day): December 18
  • Ground (3-Day)/Express Saver: December 19
  • Home Delivery/Ground (2-Day): December 20
  • Overnight Services: December 23
  • SameDay: December 24

Tracking and Notifications

You’ll receive automated notifications for:

  • Order confirmation (immediate)
  • A shipping confirmation with a tracking number when the order ships.
  • Please check the tracking number for potential delivery exceptions

Delivery Details

  • Business deliveries: Company name required in address
  • Residential deliveries: Mark as “Residence” in comments
  • Orders over $150 require adult signature (18+)
  • Address changes during transit are not guaranteed
  • UPS and FedEx do not deliver to commercial locations on weekends

International Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all duties and additional taxes
  • Customs charges are not included in shipping costs
  • Delivery times may vary by destination
  • Some restrictions apply for certain products
  • International rates are calculated at checkout
  • We cannot mark packages as “gifts” to avoid customs fees

FAQ

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes must be requested before shipment. Once shipped, changes are not guaranteed.

What if no one is home to sign?

For signature-required deliveries, carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, most items can be shipped to PO boxes via USPS. Some restrictions apply.

How do I track my package?

Tracking numbers are provided via email when your order ships. You can also track your order on our website.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

Only UPS expedited shipping services offer guaranteed delivery times. Other carrier delivery times are estimates only.

Do you ship on weekends?

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to commercial locations on weekends. Residential deliveries may be available for some services.

What about international customs fees?

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments. These are not included in our shipping rates.
