I am very happy with it

This was easier to install than I thought and when we are working in another part of the building we know when someone enters the store.

This piece of equipment was easy to assemble and pair with our existing system.

The communications, support and advised received from the team were awesome. The products are performing as introduced in the portal but more that my expectations. My house fully concrete walls and brinks and has not stop the kits to work. I tested the transmitter and receiver from a distance apart and more than 4000f as mentioned in the manual and performed very well. I appreciate the product and have referred to many of my friends who are interested as well.

I work in a 1930 theater built with concrete and rebar. This doorbell unit is part of a wireless system that I hoped would ring from our front entrance up to our office on the 2nd floor. It works perfectly - except someone removed the doorbell from the entrance doors. So I'm hoping that person now has all the doorbells s/he needs. Great product - fast shipping. Thanks.

WORKS AS ADVERTISED. NICE BIT OF EXTRA SECURITY ON A SHOP DOOR I CANT SEE FROM THE HOUSE AND ITS 300+ FEET AWAY. EASY TO INSTALL. FAST SHIPPING TOO. I WILL BE ORDERING MORE PRODUCTS FROM 1800DOORBELL AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR GOOD DRIVEWAY ALARMS TOO.

The doorbell wireless push button and portable bell working great. The only setback the door sensor has to be within half inch of the button which makes it. non functional if the door is recessed from the jamb. Otherwise overall prity handy product

Exactly what we needed

Fits our church needs perfectly.

We previously were using a door chime bought from amazon that was not reliable at all - sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. When you have customers coming in your door without knowing it, that is a BIG problem. We switched to this system and it has been great - no issues. We were also able to incorporate the bell for our delivery door into the system - I just wish it had a knocking sound as an option.

Our warehouse is an ICF building (Insulated Concrete Form), and the walls are 18 inches thick. Getting some signals to go through the walls is hard, and we've tried a few other systems that didn't work as well. We purchased this doorbell system after missing a few deliveries because the drivers wouldn't knock. You can hear it everywhere in our warehouse, and we haven't missed a delivery since! Perfect for a building that sometimes seems like a giant faraday cage. Our most challenging part of the installation was finding a steel stud in the exterior wall where we could mount the doorbell since the exterior of the building is stucco.

We switched out all the wireless doorbells we bought at Home Depot and Lowe's in our warehouse to these Safeguard ERA-UTX doorbells and couldn't be happier. The old doorbells would go off intermittently every day when no one was at the door (I'm sure it was picking up some signal from outside). They would also stop working when it got really cold. These new doorbells are working well. We've also hooked up a strobe light for our back room where it's quite noisy. So far, everything is working well. Customer service was excellent!

Works as intended

This is a great product. It was easy to install and to pair the motion sensor and button transmitters to the receiver. The SS-PSIREN-W siren is very loud. It can be heard over the noise in the shop and even outside of the building.

Very easy to set up

Living in rural setting we needed a sensor on our long wooded driveway. This doorbell did that and added 2 buttons for doors

We love this system. It is everything you said it was, but better. The quality of the sound, the selection of tones, and the ease of programming and installing is mind blowing. We can now know which of four entry points a person is at and also know when someone enters our one public access point. All with one simple system. We love it. Also, your customer service reps are super when I was investigating systems. They got all my questions answered and were exceptionally courteous, informative and helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to easily install the door bell even though I am not a tech person. My only suggestion would be to make sure people know that they will need the transmitter and the chime. I had ordered/received only the transmitter at first but once I got the chime too, all worked great. I assumed they all came together but what I ordered didn't have both. I have 2 buildings and it transmits with no problem thru brick walls loud enough to hear in my upstairs work area every time the door opens. It solved my problem and if things get to where I need to keep the door locked, I can change the option and use the doorbell for customers to ring before they are able to enter.

Shipping fast, easy to set up!

Works great we recently added air conditioning to the plant so the overhead doors that were usually open now stay shut. With your door bells we now know when a delivery truck is outside and which door they are at. perfect solution to a new issue. Thank you Gene Hackney
