Returns Policy

If a product does not work for your application or you are otherwise unhappy with an unused item, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help start the return process.

• items must be new, unaltered, and in resalable condition
• original product packaging, manuals, and included materials must be returned
• opened, torn, heavily marked, or damaged packaging may reduce or prevent refund eligibility
• used or installed items are generally not returnable

Restocking is typically avoided when the returned merchandise comes back in clean, resalable condition. However, special orders, damaged packaging, or items that cannot be resold may be subject to reduced credit or a restocking deduction.

Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. If an order shipped under a free-shipping promotion, the outbound shipping cost paid by us may be deducted from the refund.

1. Contact us by phone or email to request a return authorization and RMA number.
2. Print and include the return authorization paperwork with the shipment.
3. Use a proper shipping carton. Do not tape labels directly onto the manufacturer product box.
4. Write the order number clearly on the outside shipping box to reduce delays.

Amazon orders must be returned through the Amazon system and should not be returned through the direct-storefront process.

Most products also carry a manufacturer warranty for defects. Warranty handling varies by brand and product line. When appropriate, we will help direct you to the correct manufacturer process or assist with the next step.
