Well made. Includes everything needed for a simple installation. Customer was happy, they did complain that the alert was too loud, however. (They were sitting very near to the speaker.) We wired a volume control in line with the speaker and this took care of the issue. I can see this set-up being extremely useful in a larger warehouse with a front office and back warehouse. It was too powerful for the tight space we were using with limited sight of the secure service window from the staff seating area. Will order again.

Can I add a second PIR Motion Detector (I.e.: we have two entrances)?
Good afternoon. Since the AV-200 is a self contained wired kit, a second PIR sensor can not be added. You would need to purchase a 2nd kit for the other door and the two kits would not work together. Does it work if the front door remains open during businesses hours ( motion detector ) ?
Yes, as long as the motion sensor is mounted over the door, when someone passes through the zone, it is triggered. As a matter of fact, this product was really designed for doors that stay open. If the door typically remains closed, we would recommend the ERA-UTX (magnetic door contact).

Can you add another door to this alarm so that each door has its own sensor and tone.
Good morning. No, the AV-200 is a self contained wired kit so in order to add another door, you would need another AV-200 kit and they would work independently of one another. I would recommend the ERA-PRDCR, which has a range of up to 4000 feet and is compatible with up to 12 transmitters and an unlimited amount of receivers.
