The builder supplied doorbell was "fine," but I wanted something with more pizzazz, and the pineapple doorbell turned out to be just the thing. Before I bought it, I resized the listing image to the actual size, printed it, and cut it out so I knew how it would look. The actual product then fit perfectly in the space. The doorbell looks like a quality product and does just what I wanted. I have always loved the welcoming image of a pineapple.

I was trying to pair a doorbell from 2007 and they were a great assistance. Responded to emails within minutes. This place is like how every business should be!

In the year 2026, the last thing I expected was to receive a phone call from the online store I had just purchased from! But I answered to a friendly voice explaining that they saw I had placed two similar orders and wanted to make sure one of them hadn’t been a mistake. When I explained that I had initially forgotten I needed multiple units and went back for more, she offered to combine shipping and refund me the difference! I was blown away! I accepted gratefully and received the refund not long after. The doorbells arrived and they’re exactly what we needed! My adult daughter has trouble hearing quiet-to-moderate noises such as people knocking on the front door, but our cats are scared of loud noises, so we needed something that would provide a quiet sound for me and a bright strobe in her room. Unlike units I had tried on Amazon, this one actually has the room-commanding wide cast and brightness that she needs to notice the strobe even while playing video games. Our cats now react with much less alarm to the quieter sound volume that is selected for my own needs, and we aren’t missing any visitors or servicepeople. Thank you so much!

I was concerned when I purchased because my lot is woods, and my preferred spot for the sensor is about 1000 ft from the house. However it is working perfectly and my wife loves it. It warns her every time someone drives down the driveway so she is not surprised by ups, fed ex, etc.

We needed a way to remotely notify workers when an alert occurred with another system. We were able to easily integrate the 1800Doorbell items into our project. Our Box Accumulation Detection And Signaling System arms when the worker takes the pager away out of the holder. With the amazing range they can do any number of tasks and get notified when they are needed.

This little gadget worked perfect for my needs as a hearing impaired small business owner . My business is located on a fairly large lot with a total of five buildings buildings in which i live and conduct business as a custom window screen and screen door production and repair shop. I am severely hearing impaired and this device alerts me when customers ring iether doorbell located at the house or the screen shack located at the front of the property aprx 150 feet from the production shop which is constructed of metal. The vibration is strong and it clips right to my waistband so it is right against my body. It will even indicate which bell was rang and logs the time as well . Unfortunately somehow the screen got cracked and the logging information is no longer readable. The unit is built very well and it is a complete mystery as to how it got cracked but is surely was not because of design or cheap materials or any fault of the unit itself . It still vibrates and rings I just can't read the log information. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone in need of a unit like this and have zero complaints about the unit.

Not much more to add. The description was clear, the product that arrived was exactly what I needed. All around, a very solid experience.

I bought this wireless doorbell kit to replace my outdated one. It was very easy to install both the chimes and the button. I opted to use screws instead of the sticky tape. The button used the same screw holes as my old button. For the chimes, I used a piece of paper for a guide on where to put the screws and used 2 drywall anchors. Its super easy to change the tunes by pressing a small button above the bell button. It has no problem getting the signal from the bell to the chimes (2 rooms away).

This wireless chime does exactly what I wanted it to do. It's also loud enough for me to hear it when I have a loud machine running in my shop. When I first hooked it up, I had to hear the various chimes to decide which one would be loud enough to compete with the machines I have to run in my shop. This does the trick. I would recommend.

i am so pleased that i added this unit to my doorbell system. Easy setup and works flawlessly over great distances, both horizontally and vertically. Before, with having poor hearing, i could not be very far away from the base station receiver to hear the doorbell. Now i can be anywhere on the property, in any room, on any floor of the building, and not only know that someone is at a door but also which door they are at! Sturdy design and construction, great functionality, all-around awesome product!

This system did everything i hoped for and more. Sturdy design and construction? Yes! Transmitters mount on metal doors? No problem! Transmit though metal, concrete, and wood walls over long distance? No problem! Transmit vertically and at distance (2nd floor)? No problem! Variable volume (hearing impaired) and good selection of sounds? Yes! Multiple zone and accessory setup? Yes! Easy setup and programming? Definitely! It would be nice if the system had a repeat or duration function so that it could chime or play sounds more than twice or longer if so desired. After trying other wired and wireless systems, i have finally found one that is excellent in all regards. It is a relief to know that if there are visitors or deliveries at the door, that i will not miss them.

The doorbell itself seems well made, and it works fine. The installation instructions, however, were terrible. Also, I bought what I thought was a complete kit. Which it was, mostly. I did have to buy my own wire. Not a huge deal, but had I known that, I would have been more prepared.
