This was my first install of one of your products. Super easy! Had both receivers paired to the transmitter in about 5 minutes. Volume was excellent.

I bought some cheap POS from a general store because I was trying to save money, and it bit me in the butt. The thing didn't work reliably, wasn't loud enough, just nothing but problems. So I found 1800Doorbell, a company that specializes in the thing I needed, told them what my issues were and got a product recomendation. This door chime is perfect! It works every time, doesn't have an annoying sound, has the range I needed, and multiple receivers so I my crew can hear the door when working in all areas of the shop. So instead of saving money, I spent extra money on garbage from some place else, and still had to shell out a fair price for the right product from 1800Doorbell. Next time I'll just order the right thing from the people who know what they're doing.

Our seven-year-old one failed, even after I changed batteries, so I bought a new one. It turned out that some of the unused batteries I put into it recently were bad, so I didn’t need to buy a new one after all. With fresh batteries, both the old one and the new one work just fine.

I was leery of it working over long distances but we were able to use between 3 buildings over about 150 feet.

Our mailbox is 900 feet down the driveway, through trees and over a hill. I mounted the Dakota monitor at the rear of the mailbox and when the door opens I am notified. It works great, I love it.

This door bell sounds like the "good ole' days" when I was growing up in the old house. Great door bell with fabulous sound quality!! would recommend to ANYONE looking for a great sounding door bell that looks great too! I hope it lasts forever!

I bought one of your doorbells and connected it end it never would work I even bought an Internet extender that I placed right behind the doorbell on the inside it never would connect if you can tell me how to make it work I would love to have one but I won’t buy it again if you don’t tell me how to make it work

Our requirement is for a night time security device, (8pm - 6am). We have employees that start arriving after 6am and to have the alarm going off because of employees is unacceptable. We can't use the monitor!

The receiver has a very loud alert system. I found it hard to set up the pairing of the bell and receiver, so I called for help. The person was very efficient and got my system setup. thanks for the help.

I purchased the receiver and one outdoor sensor.Set up was easy with the video available on YouTube.This sensor has quite a range on it for detecting people,vehicles,even my cat.I was so impressed with the functionality of the whole system i ordered two more sensors for the outside of my house.They are better than other ones I have used because they don't go off from something like leaves flying around.Highly effective alert system,and it makes me feel much more secure having them laced around my house since I live pretty secluded in the woods.I definitely would recommend these.

The doorbell was supposed to arrive on 9/25 but didn't arrive until 9/28. Not your fault - UPS delay. The only negative is the installation of the door chime receiver. It's difficult to get the screws into the holes on the back of the case. It would be better to have a way to screw the chime receiver through the front of the case. Other than that, everything else is wonderful.

The doorbell is exactly what I was looking for. Just had my house painted and it is a beautiful touch. Well made, love the light. I did however loose one of the screws and would appreciate if you could send me an extra.

The doorchime/alert works great for my boarding kennel needs. One sensor triggers a chime on 4 different receivers in different areas of my property. The large selection of chime tones/songs allows for selection of soothing tones in areas where pets are, yet distinctive enough to catch my attention. Currently, we have a Raiders of the Lost Arc theme going in one area and it always puts a smile on my face before I go greet my client at the door. Customer Service helped me with ordering just extra receivers as I only needed one sensor, my questions about if it would work the way I needed, and also was interested in my feedback about a previous product I had gotten from 1800DoorBell years ago (but did not have the feature of multiple receivers for one sensor, nor the fun tunes that get stuck in my head (in a good way)). They shipped it out the day I placed the order, too.

Looks great in my entryway, I got the LED lighted version and it lights up when the doorbell is rung.

The doorbell is very attractive and I like it a lot. It looks very nice in my front foyer. The light is just the right amount of light. The one problem that I have, is that the shade does not seem to sit flat up against the wall. A small line of light shows between the shade and the wall. Is the shade possibly warped?

The wireless doorbell failed and we distinguished the fact it was the outdoor button. Through 1800doorbell we were able to replace that part only and was easily back in service. Very pleased with the transaction!

The white wireless doorbell is exactly what we needed. We ordered two based on the review of another user; they (and us) use it as a way for my elderly mom to notify us if she needs help! Mom moved into our place a few weeks ago. At her former Assisted Living Facility, she had a panic button she could use to call for help/assistance. Installed wireless door bell button on back patio door and it is great for anyone coming to the back door. Easy to set up and install. Would recommend to anyone if you want to install a 2nd button anywhere

I have no trouble hearing or seeing this door bell. installed the extender unit on the main wired door bell that we could not hear in the main room of the home and installed a 2nd wireless button on the back patio door. Very loud if you want it to be, bright light and portable we can move it to the patio and hear when someone rings the front door bell. Love it!!!

We needed a reliable way to determine when our elderly mother would go into the bathroom at night, as she needs assistance. This sensor worked great and it had no issue reaching the far end of the house where the master bedroom is located. Very easy to set up and use.

Wanted to eliminate need for c-batteries, with your help, did just that, and it works just great!

After spending money on motion type detectors (lots of false alarms) and reviewing devices I went with the Dakota DCPA-4000. It arrived fast and after a quick YouTube review to get familiar with the unit I set it up. My drive is very long and the house sits just over a small hill. The unit works perfectly!! I installed the receiver just inside the house at a exterior window sill (400'). While I have security cameras for the property I wanted a alert when a vehicle came up the drive and it did not disappoint. It's been installed for roughly 1.5 weeks and no false alarms. So far the dogs have not figured out the alarm noise but I'm sure once they recognize the noise they will be my backup alert when the unit activates. Thank you for making a well built and well performing product!!

I have a blind grandson. He likes to explore around in the fenced in back yard by himself sometimes. He doesn't realize we are there keeping an eye out for him but we do let him explore on his own. This door bell lets him have the independence he longs for and it gives us the piece of mind that he will be able to find his way when he's ready to come inside. It has the range we needed and it plays loud enough he can find his way to the back door or where ever we are. It has many chimes to choose from. This was exactly what we all needed for a little bit of independence and a little bit of piece of mind.

My existing doorbell button stopped working because of weather corrosion. Ordered Carlon Push Replacement for Wired Doorbell and it came by regular mail within a couple of days. It was easy to remove the corroded button and replace it with the new one. Service by 1800 Doorbell was great.

Orders this because other wireless doorbells didn't work. Needed to send a signal 100' threw 2 block walls and threw a wood I terior wall. Doorbell works flawlessly!

This was a replacement for a standard push button surface mount unit. Did not account for the 1/2” depth of the middle section when ordering. Had to dig into the wall some in order to make it fit. All good. Would buy again. Nice style and bright LED light visible at night.

I have the one sensor located a bit close to the driveway and at times it doesn't trip. More so when vehicles are leaving it seems to be working when they pull in. Sensor is hiding great where it is not really wanting to call attention to it by moving further from the driveway.

We are using our new doorbell as security at a gift shop entrance that is out of the line of vision for our cashier. That way we know someone has come in the shop. The bell (ding,dong) is loud enough, but not obnoxious. Easy to install. A great product.
