If you call them a real human will answer or you will get a call back in minutes. The doorbell I received worked as advertised. The tunes it played were not perfect but I did not buy a musical instrument. I did encounter a problem with the mounting of the decorative cover but i have 1800 Doorbell will help me get the wall mounting solved.

Big box stores that sell doorbell buttons have gotten really expensive. My doorbell worked fine, I just hated the ugly cheap looking button I had. I found the American flag doorbell button on this website at a reasonable price. I swapped out the new button for old quickly and easily. This doorbell button is exactly the same size as a nickel, was packaged well, and arrived quickly. I will probably order from them again when I buy my next house.

Our old model of this exterior doorbell extender took a crap. We own a small motel where guests need to ring doorbel to gain access to our in-house office. As we like to spend time in our back yard and gardening it has been great to be able to hear when someone arrives. After searching we were thrilled to find the exact same model, hooked it up, and have be so happy to have an outdoor ringer back. Very reasonable price too. Thank you!

This is the third system I have purchased with 2 monitors. These systems work perfectly, detecting cars, ATVs and snowmachines. Great to hae different tones for different driveways. And 2 monitors: One for the house and one for the garage.

These are replacements for ones I had for many, many years. They add a nice touch of low level lighting to my deck

We have been trying to find a wired door alert for a while but most of them were very poor quality and not loud enough for a warehouse but this one is GREAT!!!

Magnetic door contacts would not have worked for me so I use this over the door. Works great!

Ordered this to replace the existing touch button currently on my front door which is exactly the same model. Took the existing one apart and cleaned because the doorbell would ring erratically for no reason. I now have an extra to replace existing button when existing one starts ringing erratically again. Price was reasonable and shipping was free along with wanting the same style.

I put the normal one on my front business door. I also have a few old antique ones with various plastic eyes from Etsy site. The cat eye is a 1/2" which can be glued on or pry the plastic button off and glue directly to the backing which is what this bell in the middle pic is which I added and is voted the best one and also the cat eye makes it even more awesome. This companys Staff fixs any issue on the spot and I highly recommend this site. The burnished brass is only sold here as far as I could see and at a great price.

I was happy to Receive the package in a few days, fast shipping, unfortunately one screw on the button was stripped so I re threaded it a size bigger and used a larger screw. The rest of the install went well. The bell rang 4 or 5 times and then failed to ring. I checked for voltage at the bell and all was well there. found the contact in the bell in need of adjustment. I bent the arm base a wee bit to give the points better contact and it seems to be ok.

I purchased this for my uncle and aunt who are both very hard of hearing but pretty much refuse to wear hearing aides. The ringer extender was great just by itself and offered plenty of volume and a few really loud annoying ring types that I loved but the flashing light addition really made a big difference to them they loved that the most and now they know when everyone they want to visit is at their door and even a few they don't. We were in the market for a new doorbell chime to replace the one we had. We had looked at many different styles, and wanted something small yet stylish that would hook up to the rest of the system we already had. Finally - a doorbell that you can hear and it connects to old wiring in a 1920's house. The old chime quit working and I bought 2 kits that were awful. Humming sound, only one chime worked etc. Get this one! By the way, the chime is nice and loud - but, not annoying.

Haven't used the transformer as yet - keeping it for future problems. Have installed the two doorbell buttons. I had hoped to swap out the inner mechanism with the old cover (which was spray painted to match house trim) but the two were not compatible. So, went with the nickel finish. Thought the new circuit board was for digital system (marked + & -) but it worked with 16 VAC just fine. In fact the LED on circuit is very bright and easy to see and should last longer than the old incandescent bulb. Had to drill out the screw holes as new screws were bigger in diameter. Am I being too picky? Anyway, I'd buy it again.

The transmitter and receiver (ERA-EXTX and ERA-DCRX) work very well indeed. Although my house presents no strain for the advertised transmission range, it is large enough that I need more sound to fill the volume. Therefore, I will be ordering two more receivers, taking advantage of the expandability you offer to make up for my hearing deficiency. I am very pleased with the design of this system!

We thought the products were great. We made one HUGE MISTAKE! install it turned out to be a BUMMER. After he burned out the transformer & doorbell we hired an electrician & had to buy a new transformer and door bell but we got the push button you sent us & we love it!
