I HAVE HAD ONE OF THES SINCE 1999 AND JUST RECENTLY IT STOPPED WORKING SO I FOUND THIS ONE WHICH I HAD AND ORDERED SEVERAL MORE, CAUSE OF GREAT PRICE AND WORKMANSHIP.

Two story house: basement and main floor. There's a large egress window in the basement. My family is rarely in the (mostly unfinished) basement. We needed some type of entry warning system to ease our minds! This unit is perfect! The transmitter was installed above the window on the adjacent wall - no way sunlight should trip it. The receiver is in the room directly above the egress window. The system works perfectly .... we chose the siren sound, though there are 11 (?) others to choose from ... we chose the highest volume, though there are 3-4 decreasing volumes available. Install was easy, though we got lost in the paperwork that accompanied the receiver, and transmitter, respectively. But the paperwork that accompanied the order was perfect and easy to understand. We recommend this item for those with similar needs.

I have paired this doorbell (ERA-PBTX transmitter) with the receiver (ERA-RXPGU) and they worked perfectly well. I tested their operation capacity, and they worked to more than 4,000ft Range. The signal penetrated the concrete/ bricks walls without a problem, I like the design and their capability and greatly appreciated. I am using a 240V with 50Hz power supply (instead of 110V AND 60hz) for the ERA-RXPGU receiver and have not experience any issue with it.

I wanted something that didn't look like a cheap grade contractor door bell for my craftsman style house. This fit the bill. The guts are the same mechanism of the cheap one I took off my 15 year old house. Made it easy to install. But part you see is very nice and well made. The sound is the same. I wish they made it in white. I might paint mine to better match my interior.

We have a larger, twenty year old home that has an antiquated security system which needs to be replaced soon at great expense. Most of the components will never be used again and most of the system is not necessary because of all of the technology available today. The reason for the intro Is the wireless doorbell we purchased took the place of most of the old equipment. I installed it in fifteen minutes with the help of the easy directions. It has clean lines and the chime can be heard all over the home. Great product.

This is my third one. Over the past 10 years or so I have purchased three complete sets and one extra hose. The hose will wear out over time but this last time a wire came lose in the box, I don’t know how. We tried to go without the alarm but were always being surprised by someone and we missed it. k

We were happy for the most part with the doorbell switch except that the mounting screws that came with it did not match the finish and also they had an unthreaded shank that would not allow the screws to tighten the plate down. A trip to the hardware store and a buck later gave me matching screws that were threaded all the way up to the screw head. Looks great. Works fine.

We purchased the magnetic alarm in June and we love the alarm - However, in September, it started to malfunction. Would go off without anything going over it. Upon inspection, the wiring had been chewed by critters. We were able to splice the wiring, and then we put all the wiring in continuous PVC pipes. We expect that the fix will be the answer! I suggest that if your wiring is exposed to the elements, including wildlife, you take the extra time to encapsulate it in PVC pipe!

My house fully concrete walls and brinks and has not stop the kits to work. I tested the transmitter and receiver from a distance apart and more than 4000f as mentioned in the manual and performed very well. I've had one of these for quite a few years. It still works well. I've added a second chime to provide better coverage of sound throughout the home. Now I can hear the dang bell all over the house (which is what I needed).

We needed a wireless doorbell for deliveries at the back of the building. There were some local units at big box stores but they appeared very cheap with a much shorter range. These units were very low-cost (some were $11). I wanted something more robust so I searched for wireless doorbells using the word "commercial" and found 1800doorbell. This unit we ordered was still very well priced (around $59) but had a 1,000ft range and a much longer battery life than the cheaper big box units. We installed the system and it works flawlessly. We'll definitely be looking here first the next time we need a doorbell solution.

We received the transmitter button and 2 receivers about 9/20/24. Unboxed everything and began synchronizing the transmitter button the two bell receivers. Installed 1 receiver in our 6000 square foot factory and another in our offices (centrally located). The entire system works great and we could not be happier. I’m very deaf and paid an electrician $600.00 to install two doorbells at either end of the house which it wound up not solving the problem. I ordered two extra plugins so that I have one next to me no matter where I’m hanging out. They are wonderfully loud and the blinking light is an attention getter. I had a wireless doorbell setup for my house that did not reach my garage where I work. I tried using extenders, but that was unreliable. This bell reaches my garage from the doorbell on the far side of my old house with thick adobe walls. It was relatively easy to set up three transmitters with different tones.

Lovely doorbell! Installation was a little trickier than expected, since my prior doorbell was surface mounted, and this one required a 5/8" hole to fit the guts into.

I had high hopes and this model worked perfectly and eat to set up. I now have a doorbell at my gate which is about 700 feet from my house in a rural setting. I was skeptical but it worked wonderfully. Wish it had an intercom but it does what it promised!

This Doorbell is exactly like described. I bought it for my Down Syndrome son . It allows us especially his caregiver to know when he needs something like when the TV quits working. This kinds of things would be so frustrating to him. I did have to call customer service to set it up but they were very helpful. I am ordering another one I like this one so much.

Only one issue, the two included mounting screws were soft and broke in half during installation. We had others at home, so it was not an issue.

This is a [perfect replacement for our aged door-bell button. I only had to take off the old one from it's base and put the new one onto the existing base. No signal matching needed, as it worked immediately and came with 2 sets of CR2032 battery sets.

The system works great , sometimes a little difficult to get perfectly lined up with reflector during initial install .

It was time to remove my old intercom system - but I still needed a door bell. I installed a CB-REC on each floor using some of the old intercom wiring and they work nicely. The recessed unit looks great considering today's clean-wall trend.

Doorbell extender unit works great! It was installed upstairs and we could hear it over the vacuum cleaner noise.

Replacement for original button. Works fine - just like original. However, the installed batteries were dead when it arrived. I replaced them and all is well.
