ERA-DCKIT
The ERA-DCKIT pairs the ERA-PBTX weatherproof push button with the ERA-RXPG plug-in receiver, which flashes a bright strobe and plays a chime at up to 90 dB. It reaches up to 4,000 ft in open air with no Wi-Fi or wiring, so it suits large homes, churches, shops and anyone who is hard of hearing. Add up to 12 buttons or sensors and as many receivers as you need.
ERA-DSTX
The driveway alarm sensor/transmitter is a PIR motion sensor that is compatible with the ERA line of products from Safeguard Supply. There are 3 chime/receivers that can be used with this driveway sensor – the ERA-DCRX (Desktop or wall mount), the ERA-RXPG (direct plug in with a flashing strobe light) and the ERA-VPRX (portable chime and vibration). This is an outdoor-rated driveway sensor and transmitter with up to a 4,000-foot range. The length of the sensor beam is adjustable to 25 ft., 50 ft. or 100 feet.
ERA-PBTX
The ERA-PBTX wireless door chime push button has a clean, stylish design which complements the ERA product line. With the same range as the rugged ERA-UTX push button, the ERA-PBTX offers more appealing styling and a warm LED that illuminates nighttime visitors or deliveries. This push button is an excellent choice for warehouses and industrial locations, but due to its more stylish design, we also recommend it in places where you may have retail visitors or a perfect solution for your home.

Most wired doorbells play a simple “ding-dong” sound, are located in an inconvenient room of your home, and just aren’t loud enough to hear throughout the home. This is a common problem many homeowners and business owners face. Finding out that you have missed a delivery, visitor, or customer is extremely frustrating.
Safeguard Supply developed the ERA-EXKIT to solve that problem. Simply connect the small transmitter into your existing wired doorbell and plug the receiver into a standard wall outlet, pair the two together and choose the chime sound you want to hear, and you’ve immediately solved the problem. With a volume control and a bright flashing strobe light, you won’t miss another visitor, customer or delivery. In addition, it’s easy to add more receivers so that you can hear the alert in multiple locations. Have a basement, garage, or bedroom where you can’t hear the doorbell ring? Add receivers/chimes in every room! With up to 4,000 ft of open-air range, it covers most homes and businesses.
The kit ships with two pieces, a small wired transmitter that connects into an existing wired doorbell and one plug-in chime receiver. When a visitor pushes the outdoor wired doorbell pushbutton, your doorbell will chime as usual. Simultaneously, the small transmitter will send a radio signal to the plugin chime receiver, which will play the melody that you have chosen.
Inside your wired doorbell, there are typically three screws. One for the front door, one for the back door, and a “common” terminal that comes from the wired doorbell transformer that provides power to your doorbell. There are three wires on the transmitter, one for the front door, one for the back, and one for the transformer. If you only have one door, you will only use the front door wire and let the other wire hang loose.
The small transmitter will be connected to the doorbell for a front and/or back doorbell. With a range of up to 4,000 ft., you can add additional receivers throughout your home, all of which will chime simultaneously.
The transmitter is small, measuring 1.75” H x 2.00” W x 0.75" D, allowing it to easily tuck inside of most wired door chime cabinets. With the included double-sided tape, you can also mount it above the wired doorbell or to the side, if you prefer.
The components of this kit are also compatible with all ERA receivers and transmitters. Add transmitters/sensors such as a driveway sensor (know when someone enters your property), a motion sensor, and door contact (know when a door is opened). Other receivers, such as the ERA-DCRX desktop/wall mount receiver and the ERA-VPRX portable receiver are compatible with this system and allow you to expand and modify the areas you monitor and where the chime notification plays.
The ERA-RXPG is a compact plugin receiver that plugs into a standard wall outlet. Receiver dimensions are: 4.75”H x 2.75”W x 1.5” D.

This 1800 Doorbell is wonderful. I have zero hearing only feel vibrations so I missed people and deliveries left at my door. Now I know someone is there because the strobe light is great. The doorbell extender is more than what it's advertised to be. Very easy to set up, install and better yet, HEAR!!! Very pleased with the product. A "must have" necessity for every person with a hearing loss and the doorbell is in the other end of the house. I haven't used the visual (light) that is on my unit (yet), but sure can see how that would be invaluable to someone with a total hearing loss or using it in an area that has a very high noise level.

I was able to install according to the instructions with ease. Pairing the receiver to the ring unit was easy as well. We are using this with a 1957 vintage wired doorbell to a new outdoor living area on the back of the house to be able to hear the doorbell while outside on the porch.
