Stylish Four Seasons

We were happy for the most part with the doorbell switch except that the mounting screws that came with it did not match the finish and also they had an unthreaded shank that would not allow the screws to tighten the plate down. A trip to the hardware store and a buck later gave me matching screws that were threaded all the way up to the **** head. Looks great. Works fine.

Lovely doorbell!

Lovely doorbell! Installation was a little trickier than expected, since my prior doorbell was surface mounted, and this one required a 5/8" hole to fit the guts into.

Instillation Issues

The original doorbell laid flat on the wall, just a couple of screws to hold it onto the wall. The new doorbell, which looks great installed, had to have a large hole in the center of the wall to accommodate the wire attachment barrel. I used a flat head screwdriver to ream out a hole large enough to allow for the doorbell switch to be installed. Kinda a pain in the **** to do. Looks great installed.
