We couldn’t be happier with our new doorbell, and it arrived very quickly.
We needed a quality doorbell that could be mounted horizontally. This doorbell worked perfectly. High quality material. Easy to install. Quick delivery.
I contacted the company and received an immediate update on the delivery of my order.
I was looking for a doorbell that would be a little different, but that would nonetheless be suitable for a somewhat rustic home. This is perfect. And well-made, too--nice, heavy, hardened metal. My only complaint: why are the provided screws flat head rather than Phillips? Since they're brass (which is appropriate) they're somewhat soft, and Phillips would be much better to work with. (Interestingly, I see the photo in the product ad shows Phillips head screws.)
