An electrical panel short at our rural home killed the receiver of our doorbell driveway alarm. I order a new receiver and it was shipped quickly. I plugged it in and it worked perfectly.👍

I have a long driveway. The alarm works great, I had to have it point down the driveway as apposed to across the drive. When looking across the driveway it worked about 90% of the time. Once I pointed it down the driveway it has worked perfectly. The range of the transmitter is awesome, I have it about 50 yards from the receiver and it works perfectly.

What a great heads up! Install a sensor near the beginning of your driveway. For half circle driveways, install two sensors. Make each sensor trigger separate tones so you know when someone is coming and going. Get a separate speaker for your master bath so you’ll hear arrivals there too 😉. Get another speaker for each level of your home. Super convenient.

Perfect for home without visual of long driveway approach where it alerts us to arrival from several hundred feet from the house.

The DI2000R-A Plug In Driveway Alarm has been working great for several months. We decided to expand the system to the garage and craft room, as we spend a fair amount of time in there as well. All we did was unbox and plug them in. Both started working with no setup. Would buy again.

Order this unit to replace a unit that only lasted 3 years. The unit worked good up until then.

Our Hobby Shop is detached from the house, where our main receiver is located. We work out there fairly often, so we needed another receiver in the Shop to let us know whenever visitors enter our driveway. We recently purchased another receiver from 1-800-doorbell, and it, too, works perfectly, just like the main unit, even though it's about 100 feet farther away from the transmitter. This is a great USA-made system.

Replacement DI2000R for a 10 year old receiver that didn't work on one of the chime settings all of the time . The new one works good.

Have tried several driveway sensors All had endless false alarms due to motion, even sunlight and shadow would set them off. No false alarms at all! Very reliable! Will be extending the system!

My shop is detached from the house. I wanted to get the same alert notice that my wife was hearing in the house. In the times in which we live, added security is a necessity.

Instalment was so easy, as fast as putting batteries in a remote, works great too

Have transmitter at end of driveway about a 100 yards from house. Have a receiver in house and shop which is a metal building and both pick up signal.

Couldn’t be easier to install. Works like a charm. The only problem I had was my first receiver plug cracked and rendered it inoperable. This new 1800 Doorbell plug looks different and may hold up longer. I really like the fact that I can hear the bell from any room in the house and of course I know when someone is in the driveway even before they ring the house bell.

Great product. Have been using one since 2000 and it is still working. Just bought an upgraded system and the people at 1-800-Doorbell are easy to deal with and the system arrives very fast. Great customer service.
