Transmitter was not functional on the original purchased item. 1800Doorbell attempted to assist me in pairing which did not work. They immediately sent me a replacement which works great!

Replaced old chimes with these new units. They look great and sound great. Installation was pretty simple. Overall very pleased.

The1800Doorbell is an excellent doorbell. It has many chimes and strobes lights. It is very loud. It can be set up without the strobe lights. It is the perfect doorbell. A true doorbell.

I had a different brand for past 12 years but after 3 units failed over this time, I decided to try a different brand, 1800 doorbell. Worked right out of the box. Picks up deer, coyotes, turkey flocks and autos and trucks. I'm very happy with this unit. I got a receiver for house and garage and one transmitter for drive.

We purchased the DCRH-4000 Dakota Alert Rubber Hose Driveway Alarm-1 Mile Range. Couldn't be more pleased with the product. Easy to set up and really works well. We have a long driveway and never heard when someone pulled into it until now. Works like a charm. Don't know why we went to long without this system.

This alarm works awesome. I bought a simple kit with one motion sensor,one receiver and a strobe. All work fine inside the house about 250 feet from the sensor. I bought a second receiver for the barn office. Works fine about 500 feet from the sensor. The barn receiver is a plug in type with a strobe and is inside a metal barn closed in. The third receiver is a rechargeable that I clip on my belt when out on the tractor. It works anywhere on the property which is 50 acres and little over 1/4 mile from the sensor.. the volume is very loud so it was adjusted down to suit our needs. Instructions were clear and set up was simple and straightforward. We used the factory set tone. 12 tones are available for up to 12 different sensors.they are all annoying so the factory door bell tone is best.plan to add another sensor on the farm road. This alarm replaced a cheaper one that failed.super happy with this one. Shipping was quick and communication was good with. e-mailed tracking number. Everything worked good . That is rare these days.

The original doorbell laid flat on the wall, just a couple of screws to hold it onto the wall. The new doorbell, which looks great installed, had to have a large hole in the center of the wall to accommodate the wire attachment barrel. I used a flat head screwdriver to ream out a hole large enough to allow for the doorbell switch to be installed. Kinda a pain in the ass to do. Looks great installed.

My wired doorbell and chime are both beautiful and I received them the next day after ordering, despite paying for standard shipping. I got them installed and they are both a beautiful, stylish upgrade from what I had previously. I would highly recommend 1800doorbell to anyone!

I am disabled and my husband and I have a big, old, plaster-walled house. Sometimes he could not here me if I called out for help so he got the idea of a button or doorbell on my nightstand and he plugged in receivers in his shop and his man cave. I called the co. when product arrived and they were very friendly and quickly helped us connect all. Really great. I will definitely be buying our actual front and back doorbells from them in the near future as I can never figure out this Ring Doorbell, which rarely works.

I needed a button for my wireless doorbell which I installed new in 2007. Couldn't find the part anywhere including Lowe's where I originally purchased the system. 1800Doorbell had the exact part I needed at a reasonable price, it arrived fast and worked perfectly. They even had an alternative part with a longer range if I had needed it.

My old battery powered chime doorbell bit the dust, and the company seemed to no longer be in business, so no easy replacement part. Fortunately, the item I ordered fit exactly into the space I had before - didn't even need to re-insert screws. I just fit the chime over the previous location and attached the doorbell. Shipping was quick and the price was great!

Item as described. Love the variety of chime options. Easy to install. Only issue I ran into was placing the doorbell button over the old screw holes and hard wiring hole. Chime won't ring. Had to move the doorbell button. Chime now works.

Everything was fine except that the two sticky pads supplied were not nearly good enough to stick to the wall. Used some wide double sided sticky tape that comes in a roll that worked much better.

This wireless doorbell has a fantastic strobe light and works great for my deaf mother in law with AMD. She can't see much, but the strobe definitely gets her attention.

The first unit came completely destroyed (not your fault) so I called your office. A very pleasant lady apologized and said that you would send me a replacement right-a-way. After a couple of weeks went by with no unit coming, I called again and the lady that time apologized because they had failed to send me the replacement. She said that the order would be worked right away and indeed, a few days later I got the new unit.(which I have not installed yet). This door bell system has made our buisness so much better, the dogs don't hear the door bell with the vibration option and makes it so much better for us at the doors and the way the dogs react. We will be ordering another one for the front of the building.

I had a hard time finding a doorbell with screws 2.25 inches apart….. although the doorbell is not beautiful, it works fine, looks better than original. The shipping was fast. I am satisfied!

We couldn’t depend on our old doorbell buttons anymore: years outdoors took their toll. These DH1637L solid brass wired buttons with lighted LEDs were the perfect replacement and upgrade. The dark, brushed bronze finish looks great with our green shutters and the bright LEDs make the buttons stand out. We’re very happy that we found these. Shipping was prompt and the buttons arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent! Good price, fast delivery and easy to set up. Receiver/chime unit is a little large, but battery operation allows taking it to the yard when working outdoors. Wife likes the ability to select type of tune to be played. Husband likes the availability of additional/separate pushbutton units should the provided one go South. Will probably purchase another.

I like the doorbell because of it's design. I ordered the aged bronze but it wasn't dark enough so I took my black nail polish to paint it black. When mounting the door bell to our stucco home, my husband had to cut down a small piece of 1x2 to attach the doorbell to the wood and then to wood to the stucco because the door bell was a bit too slim and he needed to cover the gap. I love the doorbell, it fits with the geometric facade of our home.

Originally purchased 10 years ago at a local big box store. Not sure if it was LED back then. Door bell failed after 10 years and I purchased it again from 1800doorbell.com recently. They are now listed as LED. I like they are wider than the cheap door bells you find in the stores as the installers who did my steel siding made the door bell hole larger than I would have liked. I used clear silicone along the edges to seal. I see from the picture that I have it upside down but I like the sun at the top. Glad I found it here to match what I had.

I got my two sets of doorbell/ receivers. I was somewhat worried about pairing them as I wanted either sender to trigger both ringers and I’m not a techie. The Sayles land assured me, when I bought them, that if I had any trouble, I could call them and they could talk me thru it. Upon receiving them I read the instruction once over and quickly paired them, without calling for help. Extremely easy for a 76 year old to set up and boy do they ever work nice. No muss, no fuss.
