This doorbell is good quality and has an excellent tone. Can hear it throughout our house, even when watching tv in the basement. Easy install.
Box arrived damaged and smashed. However it appears doorbell is ok. Waiting to have my handyman install, which won't be for a few weeks. We will do updated review once installed

It's a nice quality doorbell. Everything else out there was plastic, this is nice quality metals. Its compatible with my Ring doorbell, which is part of why I was replacing it. I did need to also purchase an additional piece, a transformer I believe, so it would work properly, as advised by their support team.
