Everything showed up quickly and damage free. It took me a few minutes to figure out what I was doing. put a button up front and one at the rear door of our warehouse. set two different tones mounted the unit out in the warehouse by the office area. it is loud enough for us to hear regardless where we are. With the ability to have 2 distinctive tones (or more) it keeps us from guessing which door to go to. Can the doorbell be installed horizontally, as opposed to the north/south position that you illustrate?
Good morning. The ERA-PBTX can be installed horizontally but we would recommend it being placed under some type of covering. When installed vertically, it would be completely weather proof but horizontally, there would be a small opening where moisture could seep in. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
