If you need a wired doorbell but don’t have a transformer, use this wired door chime with 4 x C batteries to power this chime. (Also works with a transformer)
Please note, if you have a lighted push button, do not use batteries, use a transformer as the light will drain the battery.

One or two-door operation with different tones to distinguish which push button originates the tone
Two note sounds for the front door, one-note sound for the second door.
AC operation for battery use, 4 x C sized alkaline batteries (do not use batteries with lighted push buttons)
DC mode uses a 16 V transformer

1800Doorbell responds immediately

After searching the web for an uncommon doorbell I finally found one at 1800Doorbell. The order process was fast and easy. I tracked my shipment and watched it go from facility to distribution center and so on. Then my package seemed to disappeared. Gone. Tracking never updated. I waited and waited. Nothing. I called 1800Doorbell and told them what happend. The representative on the phone said "that's not good". She said "I'll ship you another one right now." Nice. I got the second shipment in only a few days. I installed it at the customer's house. "Ding Ding" Yey! A doorbell never sounded so good. Thank you!

Wish I Actually HAD the doorbell

I am still waiting to receive my doorbell. The doorbell was suppose to arrive several days ago and tracking info says only “arriving late”. Not Happy.
