I'm very happy with the dark bronze color. I was surprised at the weight of the button housing, very sturdy. It was easy to mount it, I like the clip and set screw connections to the wall mount bracket, very secure. It looks great in the dark with the lighted button.

The shipping was fast. Received it within a few days. The Chime was as described. It’s louder than our original but that’s fine. Just a plain ding dong. Sound resonates well due to the tubes located on the sides. It just took about 10 minutes to install which was nice.

I purchased this unit to monitor my father indoors that suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. His mind wouldn’t allow him to press a button or call out for help so I needed something that would alert me to his attempts to get out of bed without assistance. I can now be in any part of the house or outside and receive an alert if he makes a move. Prior to this I had to be close to his room to monitor him. The unit is high quality and works great and when I no longer need it to monitor my dad I will be using it for my driveway. The unit can be set fo indoor use. I purchased the set with the handheld receiver for maneuverability and the future ability to add more handsets for communications on my 5 acre property. So far I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We installed this door bell while mom was on vacation. Went by upon her return and said, I think we need to test the door bell, she said OK. Well to her shock, she said "what its that" and I said it's your new door bell. We tested in several locations and she could hear the bell. I don't think I will have to call her on the phone to get her to answer the door. Too bad they don't make a bell for the phone, because that is a hit and miss still for the phone ringing. This product is great. Don't buy the 20 dollar door bell you can't hear anyway. This is well worth the price.

This was easy to install and allows me to hear my doorbell when I'm in my office which I otherwise can't. It was a great company to deal with. I like this product so much I ordered a second receiver for upstairs.

Chime seems well made for a chime this inexpensive. Easy to set up and get operating. Easy to use. The double sided tape that came with the chime buttons could be thicker. The surface you mount the chime button on must be very smooth. I had to mount the chime buttons using the screws.

Called customer service to ask what doorbells we should purchase that would be 100% reliable. We originally had doorbells from Amazon and after almost a year something was jamming the frequency and the doorbells only worked 25% of the time. So I called 1800Doorbell, they recommended two door bells one for the store’s front door and one for the back door. The door bells are working great, no issues and very easy to setup.

Could not be happier with this doorbell! It was an exact replacement for the doorbell that came with my house when I bought it new back in 2005.

Absolutely love this doorbell and receiver set-up. I ordered the doorbell transmitter unit along with three receivers to place in various rooms of the house. My mother, who is hearing impaired due to age, loves this system as well -- she can't complain that she can't hear the door bell any more. We can select a chime of our liking, I like that; AND, the receiver light flashes as well, so if you can't hear at all, you certainly will notice the light flashing on and off. Love this doorbell set-up.

Installed new hardware on doors and needed a matching doorbell, without the video , bells and whistles. Just a doorbell. Could not be happier with the quality. The delivery was in a couple of days. Did not know what to expect, but for $11 It was worth a try. This company came through!

The transmitter installed inside the doorbell chime housing easily. Wires of good quality and length. The receiver is great. Very well made and has multiple features. Volume control is very handy to accommodate location acoustics.

My traditional doorbell was looking dated and the tone had become loud, lost it's two tone. The replacement was easy to install with the instructions provide and has a pleasant two tone chime, looks great too

I have a wireless Carlon doorbell system that has worked well. Due to a storm my doorbell button was damaged and no longer functioned. I couldn’t find another to replace it until I found 1800DoorBell !! Purchase the button and shipped with USPS and they supplied extra batteries!! This was simple to set up. I was disappointed that I HAD to use the screws that were provided or none of the mounts would work. Works very well. But...I have serious reservations about how long this will last in our work environment. The doorbell portion is going to be in direct sun all day. I would be shocked if it lasts 2 yrs

6 stars for the service!!! I don't know about the quality of the product. Initial install went okay for a couple of weeks. Batteries may be dead and it was suggested that a power supply be used. They shipped the power supply that day and it came quickly! I have not installed the power supply yet, so I'm holding back on rating the quality of the product. I definitely would buy from them again though!!!

Works as advertised. I've since ordered another transmitter to put in another location in our 8000 sqft shop to insure notification is heard throughout the shop. I like the ability for long-range.

We ordered and installed the "CTPW Great Sounding White Wired Chime with Pewter Tubes" and it does indeed sound great! It is fun to receive visitors with a better sounding doorbell than the old standard doorbell that came with our house! We also bought and installed a new "DH1201 Doorbell Light Bulb Center Push Button Replacement Part" because the old one was completely worn out and working only intermittently. The push button fit inside the old brass plate. I had to squeeze the springs that hold it in place, with pliers, in order to get it to go into the plate, but it fit in perfectly when the springs/tangs were squeezed together! What a great addition to our house! We are very pleased with the purchase!

I ordered a replacement doorbell chime (satisfied with the tone after preview on the website—great feature). It arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. Upon determining that the chime was not the problem, however, I called to return the item and order a replacement that will better meet the need. I reached a live person immediately, who handled the return and reorder efficiently. Highly recommend.

Believe it or not, the Siren was too loud for our environment; and we had to switch out to just the strobe lights, which we did not order. Customer service was incredible quick to assist us and get the sirens changed out for the strobe lights lickety split! Couldn't be happier. Everything is working perfectly in our 40,000 sq ft warehouse. Many thanks!

In this day of wireless doorbells and big box stores, it is so hard to replace a wired doorbell. With a very strong recommendation from our electrician and exceptional customer service from Marilee C, at 1800 Doorbell! we were able to replace a broken UGLY doorbell chime with a sleak new white doorbell. THANK YOU 1800Doorbell and Marilee (and our electrician Sal)! PS - we did find that hanging it vertically seemed to have a softer tone than horizontally so our electrican switched to horizontally and we can now hear it even if we are in our basement.

Needed to replace the electronic door bell. When looking at the big box stores, their selection was limited. We chose a chime style that was small enough, white in color that could blend in. Like the real ding dong sound.
