The products came as described. It took a total of 15min to pair the unit, install the motion sensor and place the chime in the receptionist area. Now our guests are not stuck in a vestibule knocking on the door to get the receptionist attention. Great product.

I was looking for a door chime that wasn't plastic and didn't look like I bought it at a big box store. The Craftmade chime fit the bill. It's well made and it blends with my beach-themed interior. I opted to leave it unfinished rather than stain or paint it, and it looks great. Shipping was quick and the product was well packaged to prevent damage in transit.

The LRA-D1000 solved the problem of wireless reach in my large historic house with big central chimney.

Don't usually take much stock in the reviews of others, but these were right on. The doorbell actually did work right out of the box and I was able to use the existing back cover from the old chime button already mounted on the door. Also, shipping time was excellent - didn't take long.

The look of the oil-rubbed bronze gilded door chime is even better than the photo. It suits the arts and crafts look of our home. The bell tone is pleasant and we like the double chime for the front door button, and single for the back door. We’re very pleased with the quality and appreciated the quick turn around to ship it out!

Bought this door bell extender kit along with power adapter to allow my house door bells to be extended to the detached garage. It arrived early and in perfect condition. Due to travelling I will not be able to install and test this unit for another couple weeks but with its 1000ft operating coverage I am expecting to have no issues.

I have already submitted a review. However, the only issue that I found is being able to mount the unit horizontally with only one end having a hole and pin to hold it in place. Had to tape the cover to the unit.

I wanted a particular push button but the website said sold out. Next day it was available, then not again. I called in and was informed that yes the one I wanted is unavailable for at least 6-8 weeks. Always pleasing to call in and not have to navigate thru a 7 choice phone tree. This is a very wonderful system to expand your existing doorbell set-up. It is great how you can tie it into your doorbell chime. It is very helpful to have a receiver which you can move from one location to another location very easily, if required. Moreover, being able to add additional receiver easier, if required, is a very good benefit.

I never thought I would be so excited to receive a door bell. Many many different tones. Nice looks too and works great.

I have only one suggestion for this unit otherwise it is a very good product. It can be mounted on the wall either in a vertical or horizontal position. If vertical it is perfect with having just one hole in the cover and one prong to go in the hole to hold the cover to the unit. However, when mounting it horizontally which is what we wanted the one hole is not enough to hold both ends of the while cover to the unit. I had to apply scotch tape to hold the one end that does not have the hole. Something to consider. Other than that we re very pleased with the unit.

I loved our old doorbell, and when it broke I didn't think I could find something like it. 1800Doorbell had the exact match for a great price, and I got it earlier than promised. It took me all of 15 minutes to take off the old one and install the new one and, if I do say so, it looks even a little better than the old one. I did have to use the old, longer screws due to some less than ideal installation of the original, but not the fault of the product.

This doorbell works much better than the one I ordered previously. Just love it! The faux nickel finish looks much better than the white.
