The alarm works fine and has exceptional range which is what I needed most. The only drawback are the instructions. I still haven't figured out how to change the melody. The default is OK. Also, the volume is too low even in the high setting.

Easy to install and set up. I had it in and working in under 15 min. Nice loud "ringer" that installs anywhere you have an outlet. We can easily hear the doorbell in the basement now.

The set up of this was simple and easy. The speaker is loud and the sensor works based on motion of people entering/moving around the front door and not just door opening and closing. It's hard wired with easy instructions to follow so there is no battery or blutooth wear out.

Even better than the door bell and receiver is the service from 1-800Doorbell. Customer service was absolutely fabulous when I had issues with my prior purchase. One thing to note is that there is a volume switch on the back of the chime unit. This is not well documented in the instructions.

This is a remote door bell with the options to have loud sound, flashing light or both. My folks are Deaf so this works well for them. It worked great then all of a sudden it stopped. There is a one year warranty. I reached out and the customer service rep responded very quickly and tried thier best to trouble shoot. After trying all that they could they sent us a new unit. The device works great, and the customer service was great as well.

Works well. Good range. Can't figure out how to change the ring tone though. That's ok it rings on the default tone.

I was updating the old Rittenhouse Chime doorbell that I could no longer get parts for. The Carlon battery powered unit emulates the chime sound perfectly and was easy to install. Because it’s battery operated I could just mount it over the old real chime unit which is now a decorative antique. I’m very pleased to have the correct sound back. Hope the batteries last a long time, but they should be very easy to replace when the time comes.

We have this about 1/4 mile from home and it works good. My only frustration is that there's no volume knob on the receiver. It has four volume choices and we have it on the lowest, but it's still plenty loud. I had to placed the receiver in a location where it's not so disturbing, as sometimes we have a lot of turkeys and deer that cross its detection.

When I first got door bell, I had problems with it, continuing blinking after bell was rung. He adapter that was sent fixed the problem. It’s a great doorbell, and I would buy it again!

We use it as a motion sensor in our showroom. Sometimes in the summer we keep our door open so a door alarm wouldn't work. This unit is a little over kill for inside, but we got it so we could also get a remote beeper, allowing us to go into the adjoining building and be able to hear if motion was detected. Easy to install, plenty loud, works great.

Pictures are better match for the finish than description, trust your eyes. Aged brass doesn't match schlage antique brass finish as well as the brushed brass did. Quality of hardware is better than price would suggest. Highly recommend.

Fit well for our unusual application: a call button to alert sound engineer when remote control room needs to talk using strobe only (no sound). I only wish that the strobe was easier to connect to extension wire - having to solder the connection was a bit of a pain vs. having screw terminals on the strobe. We may in future add buttons/zones but so far this is working great.

I work in a 1930 theater built with concrete and rebar. This doorbell unit is part of a wireless system that I hoped would ring from our front entrance up to our office on the 2nd floor. It works perfectly - except someone removed the doorbell from the entrance doors. So I'm hoping that person now has all the doorbells s/he needs. Great product - fast shipping. Thanks.

The Alarm system is working much better than I expected since I have a large metal sided building that is in direct line of sight for one of the transmitters. It is detecting entries in to the driveway every time though. I have submitted a question though asking about a portable alarm receiver for this unit but I am concerned if I am wanting it for in the metal sided building it will likely not work dependably. Thanks for your product it is performing better than advertised or expected in my situation.

Bought the entry alert system for my business and it is great…very happy with it and it gives me a piece of mind knowing who’s inside my business.

It's a nice quality doorbell. Everything else out there was plastic, this is nice quality metals. Its compatible with my Ring doorbell, which is part of why I was replacing it. I did need to also purchase an additional piece, a transformer I believe, so it would work properly, as advised by their support team.

Bought 2 receivers and transmitter for front door. Both work great so far.
