I like the doorbell because of it's design. I ordered the aged bronze but it wasn't dark enough so I took my black nail polish to paint it black. When mounting the door bell to our stucco home, my husband had to cut down a small piece of 1x2 to attach the doorbell to the wood and then to wood to the stucco because the door bell was a bit too slim and he needed to cover the gap. I love the doorbell, it fits with the geometric facade of our home.
The customer service was excellent.
