We are very satisfied with the 3 doorbells for 3 rooms with reasonable prices.

Of course, I'm an old man and I didn't know anything like this existed. As it turned out, it is the perfect answer to an old problem of not hearing the doorbell from the back area of our house. Thank you 1800 Doorbell!!

About 4 years ago I purchased a door chime receiver and button kit by Carlon from Amazon since our current doorbell was not working well. I finally got around to replacing the old one with the Carlon. It worked well but I needed a second chime receiver in a different part of the house. I sent a message to 1800doorbell hoping to get advice since a new receiver might not work with a 4 year old button. I was advised that it would work, and it did!! I was surprised to even get a reply from 1800doorbell. It is refreshing to find a company that replies quickly and they have actually asked me if things worked out. These doorbell kits are not expensive and the work well with clear instructions written in English (not from a confusing translation from Chinese). I would certainly buy a door chime kit from this company again.

The product arrived. The sensor is 450' from the house and works. It's the first driveway device that has ever worked. I am very pleased.

Super cute! The color of the lighted button is very pleasing, not the typical piercing white. It looks fabulous and the way they hid the mounting screws in the flowers is superb. It's such a unique look too!

LOVE this! This is such a fun piece, very well made. The chime was easy to install as well with very nice wiring diagrams to follow. It showed up much quicker than i was expecting.

The ERA-DSDCR works very well. It was fairly easy to program and set up. So far there have been no false alarms. And your customer support is one of the best that I have found from any company in a long time. So glad I chose a local business like yours to buy from!

Doorbell button D1200L was priced right. Shipping amount was too much. Lightweight item arrived in a very large padded envelope. Recommend shipping in smaller packaging & charging less for shipping. Shipped out fast and product appears to be good quality. Overall, satisfied customer.

Arrived damaged, but my husband was able to fix it himself. So I didn’t need to return it. This is very loud, we should be able to hear it in any room even with the radio on.

Works great! Also love that the sensor is 9 V battery powered...no wiring needed! We have two driveways that are 75' apart. We can never hear cars pulling in. Placed the sensor on the outside of one drive, so that it is facing across both drives. Set the distance jumper in the sensor to the "100 ft" setting and it triggers the alarm, which is about 150 ft away inside the house, from either drive. Perfect! Am ordering more receivers so as to also have one in the work shop and one on the back pool deck.

The button was stuck and wedged sideways. Had to remove button then file the mount material so button would work. The large block edge was chipped but decided it didn't not look right on rough stucco on my wall. So I Just got new button for mine.

The installed batteries did not work. Great they provided 2 new batteries with the unit.
