after using my door alert for around 2 mo. im inclined to write a review. mostly never do a review from the time of contact , which was very friendly, helpful, knowing of the product , i received two door alerts which i find to do the job very well. the tone can be heard at the back of my store over the noise of ref. compressors and other store noise. distance is 64 feet from end to end. i would recommended these door alerts to any small business to help insure safety.upon contacting the business i was treating very well including informing me i had forgot to sign the check, yes they accept checks, and were sending it back for my signature, i received the delivery in less than 3 wks. the only problem i have is it is advertise as gray in color when in fact it is more of a off white it didnt match my door way but that isnt what makes it work i will be buying more product from this company as needed good to have a honest company working with you GOD BLESS AMERICA and products

I've had other motion sensor driveway alarm systems, but nothing works as good as this one. I have two transmitters. The front is over 1000 feet and it works every time. Ive had it installed now for three weeks, picks up every car and person entering my property. The receiver has a volume control which is nice. It also has 4 different sounds to choose from. Excelant device!

I have 2 of these plug-in doorbells, for my back and front door. The buttons work fine, except my doorbell button on my back door wasn't tight enough and it fell off and to make matters worse, I stepped on it. Thus, it finished off that button so I had to order a new one. It came in a timely matter, and, of course, 1800 doorbell.com got me all hooked up again. You know? if you're looking for a doorbell, and you don't want to run all the electrical wiring and transformers, this bell is awesome! rnrnThanks again 1800 doorbell.com, and, if you call via phone, ask for Lorie, she is absolutely _awesome to work with. With the activities of the Holidays and lots of rain, I haven't installed the door bell yet. I did read the instructions for setting it up and I think I will need to call you for assistance to set it up without damaging it. Hey, I'm 71 yrs. old and can be dangerous with any tool. The silver snowflake ornament looks very pretty. A touch doesn't always turn the lights on and off at first touch, but it works and I'm happy with it! It's a little expensive, with shipping charges, but it's worth it, to not have to get on the floor to turn my lights off and on!

I tried various wireless doorbells, but in Buffalo, NY the rain and snow ruined them pretty fast.rnrnThis doorbell holds up very well in the weather, has a very good range and can penetrate steel doors and siding on the house. It really is the only good one I have found.

I have had to replace my side door doorbell twice but my front doorbell has only needed batteries replaced. I have owned thios Unit for six years or more. The main chime in the house is in perfect working order and plays songs for all seasons plus other ones.

Our long lasting door bell wireless button had got broken and we did not have any local stores to replace it. Therefore, I did a google search and 1800 Doorbell showed up as an option to check out. After getting to the site and searching for the model number… I was able to get the exact replacement. Once it arrived, I assemble it and it work as the original. we are in a small Showroom with a door that is always open, but staff is often in the office unable to see the entrance. This is the perfect solution. Only one drawback, the instructions are nut sufficient to change the "ding dong" to a "ding" as they are written.

Is satisfyingly loud. I hung it in the garage, and it is quite audible throughout back yard. No more missed deliveries from FedEx because I was grabbing something from out back...

This thing really works with just a gentle touch! And it actually has 4 bright LEDs inside that blink off momentarily when touched. Plus, I can even read a book by its outdoor lighting (think safety here). Interestingly, it has a very low power consumption according to my milliwatt meter readings (like pennies per month). All I had to do was wire it in place of my old burned-out doorbell button with the same two wires. It was 1-2-3... that easy!

Got this for my mom who has moderate to severe hearing loss. She can now hear her bell without a hearing aid (and so can't the neighbors!).

This doorbell arrived in just a couple of days, was extremely easy to install and performs perfectly - actually way better than I was expecting. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Works very well where other wireless doorbells have failed. Some of the tones are little annoying but nice to be able to choose different tones for different transmitters so you know which bell is being rung if you have more than one. Overall very happy with this product so far.

I had a battery type which corroded so I was looking to avoid that. After a balancing actrntwo and a half feet from doorbell over a wall mounted TV and cabnit I installed new one and my old chime worked fine. The doorbell rings and when it's done the extended chime rings.

I've had troubles with the products from Home Depot and Loews. This one finally works as described!

The looks of this doorbell button was exactly what my customer wanted however the actual button part of the doorbell button came apart in less than a week. It could have been a hangover Monday button or a anticipation Friday button. It was replaced at no charge. Very satisfied with the customer service and hope the new button was put together properly on a Wednesday.

This device installed easily once the dead battery for the push button unit had been replaced. The chime portion of the doorbell is not overly loud. It would be satisfactory for someone with normal hearing. However, the strobe light portion is very strong and bright. There were no instructions with the unit on how to change the chime settings. Overall I'd give it a B but I'm still looking for a hard of hearing doorbell that would wake the dead when the button was pushed combined with a strobe light.

great range and functionality. works well through plaster and mesh walls. the system was actually really very easy to install, but the instructions manual could use a couple of photos for the novice. had to fiddle with the units for a few minutes to figure out how to open them.

We installed the Driveway alarm on our driveway and it does exactly as described. We chose the chime setting which chimes twice when someone enters the driveway. Very handy for us as we have a long driveway and not good site view from inside the house.

The wireless entrance alert is perfect forrnmy needs. I have a busy shop and when someone comes through the door we can hear them. It works every time, not like those inexpensive ones that you buy at an electronics store.

This buzzer is louder than most For my hard-of-hearing issue it works better than the chime door bells that we have tried.

I purchased the driveway monitor in 2011 after much research I found this product to meet my needs. I also purchased another driveway monitor in 2015. The only thing that I think needs to be addressed: Over time being outside the rain water leaked into the inside of the transmitter around the antenna. I chose a quick fix by applying some rubberized tape around the antenna. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is tired of throwing away money on all the other products that don't last more than a few months at best. The company is very proactive in helping their customers with the products that they sale. Very pleased !!!!

We love the Lizard Door Bell Button! It was just what we were looking for. Was a bit difficult to hang due to the glue and we have rough stucco wall but we got it up and it looks great!
