Yes. The WC180-SS is part of the SS Series, so it works with other SS Series parts. Its SS155 receiver pairs with up to 58 transmitters, and there is no set limit on how many receivers a button can ring.
What you can add
- SS111 push button for another door. Give it its own melody and flash color.
- SS132 door contact to flash the strobe when a door or window opens.
- SS155 strobe receiver for a strobe in another room.
- SS135 plug-in receiver for a chime with a blue LED, where a strobe is not needed.
The WC180-SS-DUO version includes two receivers. Pair each new part with the steps in How to Program the WC180-SS.
Does it work with Ring or other video doorbells?
No. The WC180-SS is a standalone SS Series system. None of our wireless products pair with Ring or other video doorbells, and it does not work with wired doorbells or ERA, LRA or Dakota Alert products.
