Works great
This driveway alarm works great, way better than the cheap Chinese junk I bought from Amazon. I live in a rural area and my home is several hundred feet off the highway. I like having a little notice when someone drives in – or walks in, as has happened before. I do get an occasional alert from deer/wildlife, but that’s not very often and to be expected in a rural area. The outdoor sensor is probably close to 1,000 feet from the receiver and works extremely well at that distance. I definitely would recommend this unit.

I got this for a gentleman that I deliver to so he would know when a semi was in the dock. His shop is quite aways from the dock and very noisy. He loves it and will be ordering more sensors for around his building. I did end up going with the receiver that you can put in your pocket instead of the stationary one. Everything about this transaction has been A1. Thanks to Marilee who was awesome to work with. No runaround and got to deal with a real person instead of a machine.
The instructions could have been clearer for instance, playing the melodies and explaining that moving to the next zone sets the choosen melody for the previous zone. We only had one zone. We got it to work anyway.
