T1610 Craftmade 16V 10VA Wired Doorbell Transformer

First, I'm a woman in her mid-80s, hearing impaired, and not technical. I was blessed to connect with Marilee via help on the Doorbell 1800 website, who shepherded me though what to get, since it required the bell, the transformer and outside button--all separate items that had to sync. WHEW!! Technical I had never-ending questions....and I needed help. Marilee is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, most patient and helped me through the process. Once I knew precisely what to order, I completed the order online and she confirmed receipt. It shipped quickly and was packaged to make a safe trip via FedEx. Once I had electricians scheduled--I had 3 jobs, including the removal of old and install of the new doorbell, so they sent two men--one to do the doorbell and replace two fire alarms. The install was seamless, and he even commented on the design of the transformer, which made it easy and space-saving to install. Once done, I tested it and was so happy. I could hear it clearly, unlike the old one which was just a 'ding' and I often mistook it for coming from the TV. The two-toned ring, plus the higher decibel has changed my life. No more complaints from family and friends---"why don't you answer your door?" Once I got it ordered, with Marilee's help---the rest was seamless and I am over the moon so happy. Thank you Marilee and thank you Doorbell 1800 for keeping the hearing-impaired tuned into life.

Transformer ordered and received within one day - exact match to original installed by home builder. Works like a champ.

First off, the doorbell chime for my 1928 Brick Bungalow renovation looks at home, sounds great, and was integrated with my original 1925 mailbox/doorbell buzzer. Most important, the customer service I received with 1800Doorbell was beyond expectations! Thank you for such a great product and even more so for making this so easy!
