This doorbell is a perfect solution for our side door by the driveway. Literally plug and go.
Every thing was great
Easy to install. No need to sync. Pleasant ding dong sound. Wish I had gotten it sooner!
Transmitter was not functional on the original purchased item. 1800Doorbell attempted to assist me in pairing which did not work. They immediately sent me a replacement which works great!
Third one I purchased. All for little handyman jobs replacing old wired doorbells that didn’t work.

Doorbell was easy to install. I wanted a specific door chime and you guys had it. I had a bit of difficulty paring the reciever with the transmitter due to the instructions. But after a few trials and errors I was finally able to pair them. Now the only problem I have is getting the maintenance men to use my doorbell instead of banging on my new gated door.
We love our SS Series doorbell! I really liked being able to pick my own melody for ringing. Our 1st order did have a mechanincal error and would not turn off (just kept repeating the ring like every 2-3 mins) 1800 Doorbell replaced our item immediatly and this one works great. They are a great company that stands behind their products. You cannot go wrong ordering from this company!
A simple to use and reliable little wireless doorbell. We are using it on the front door of a medical office to control who comes in and out – the practice is in a neighborhood with crime issues. So far it has worked perfectly.
Purchased the transmitter with two receivers. Was as simple as plug and play for setting up the two different Receivers, once i found the same tone for the door chime. Ridiculous number of chimes to choose from. Worked great straight out of the box and very pleased with it. Would recommend.

This little plug in doorbell is plenty loud. Most of the 52 “rings” are music that wouldn’t work for anyone who is hard of hearing, but if you need it, there’s even a ring that sounds like a large dog barking. The one thing that would make it better for us is if it had a battery back-up.
I ordered 2 units to combine transmission to have both doorbells ring on both receiver units with different ring tones. Doorbells at different location for business and residence and receivers in different rooms in the building. Set up was easy and installation a breeze. It met my needs as a business/residence combination.
Have had excellent service from 1800DoorBells. They handled all warranty issues quickly, and even honored a warranty complaint by replacing the system with another brand. The customer service agent couldn’t have been more pleasant or easier to work with. Will recommend 1800DoorBells to anyone.
