The kit ships with 1 x ERA-PBTX, outdoor-rated wireless push button. This wireless button is powered by a powerful lithium battery that will last 1-2 years before needing to be replaced. A unique feature of this wireless pushbutton is the low glowing ring around the center button for visibility at night. Mounting is easy using the included double-sided tape and screws. When a visitor pushes the button, it sends a wireless signal up to 4,000 ft. away to the plugin receiver.
The receiver in this kit is the feature-rich ERA-RXPG plugin receiver. It features four (4) mute volume settings and a flashing strobe light setting. Can the push button be mounted on an aluminum wall? I had trouble with a previous bell that had to be kept away from metal.
