The kit ships with 1 x ERA-PBTX, outdoor-rated wireless push button. This wireless button is powered by a powerful lithium battery that will last 1-2 years before needing to be replaced. A unique feature of this wireless pushbutton is the low glowing ring around the center button for visibility at night. Mounting is easy using the included double-sided tape and screws. When a visitor pushes the button, it sends a wireless signal up to 4,000 ft. away to the plugin receiver.
The receiver in this kit is the feature-rich ERA-RXPG plugin receiver. It features four (4) mute volume settings and a flashing strobe light setting. When triggered, the chime will play a loud sound and/or emit a bright flashing strobe. This bright strobe light is a great way to turn what might look like an ordinary doorbell into a hearing-impaired doorbell.
You can easily add multiple, compatible ERA receivers – such as the ERA-DCRX desktop receiver & the ERA-VPRX portable chime receiver with vibration.
The receiver works with up to twelve (12) ERA-compatible transmitters/sensors and has twelve chime melodies to choose from. This allows you to determine which sensor generated the alert quickly.
