Can you change the frequency? A neighbor 2 Doors down rings at out house too.
The DH300 is a wired door chime that should not be receiving interference from a wireless system unless there are other components hooked up to your system. Thank you,

I have to tell you, all I wanted was a 2-door wired “ding dong” doorbell. And I wanted one with a real bell, not some electronic noise. That is pretty tough to find now. These guys had this one….not too expensive, not too fancy, just ding dong. Perfect. I received and installed it and it worked great. After about 5 months, however, it started to buzz a bit. I called the company, and they sent me another one, no questions asked. It works great and I bet it will continue to do that.
