Excited to order this craft made door chime from 1800doorbell and shipping came as expected. I realized after receiving the doorbell that I did not order the right model doorbell for the desired chime. The doorbell appearance was not as pictured is the reason I gave four out five stars but all in all is a beautiful replacement to the original. I will be a repeat customer.

This is a charming doorbell and substantial weight. Would have been great on my Craftsman style home. Alas, I didn’t check the spacing between screws and it’s too short for the hole distance already drilled in the wall. Sorry to have to return it, but live and learn.
