Common questions

Do your doorbells and alarms need WiFi?

No. Every system uses dedicated 433 MHz radio frequency — no WiFi, no app, and no monthly subscription. Push buttons and sensors pair directly to their receivers.

How do I choose the right range?

Measure the distance from the push button or sensor to where you need to hear the alert, then size up — walls, metal, and floors reduce real-world range. Our systems span roughly 150 ft to 4,000 ft, so most homes, shops, and long driveways are covered.

Can I expand a system or mix components later?

Yes. Systems are expandable within their series, and buttons, receivers, sensors, and transformers are sold individually — so you can add coverage or replace a single part instead of buying a whole new kit.

What is your return policy?

Every product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not work at your location, return it for a full refund.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days with low flat-rate domestic shipping, plus expedited and international options at checkout.

Can I talk to a real person for help choosing?
