The first unit came completely destroyed (not your fault) so I called your office. A very pleasant lady apologized and said that you would send me a replacement right-a-way. After a couple of weeks went by with no unit coming, I called again and the lady that time apologized because they had failed to send me the replacement. She said that the order would be worked right away and indeed, a few days later I got the new unit.(which I have not installed yet). I am very pleased with your company and the way that you reacted to my situation. Boo-boos can happen to anyone so I'm not upset but indeed thankful for the way I was treated. Thank you again!
