We are remodeling our home and replaced the front door with another solid polished brass lockset so we wanted a quality polished brass door button to match. We couldn’t depend on our old doorbell buttons anymore: years outdoors took their toll. These DH1637L solid brass wired buttons with lighted LEDs were the perfect replacement and upgrade. The dark, brushed bronze finish looks great with our green shutters and the bright LEDs make the buttons stand out. We’re very happy that we found these. Shipping was prompt and the buttons arrived in perfect condition.
I have yet to install either door bell button, as I want to paint the door surround first. However, the buttons I received seem to be quality items and the color is perfect. Thanks.

Pictures are better match for the finish than description, trust your eyes. Aged brass doesn’t match schlage antique brass finish as well as the brushed brass did. Quality of hardware is better than price would suggest. Highly recommend.

I really liked this design but the hole spacing was wrong for what I needed, I contacted 1800Doorbell and they gave me a full refund and then sent a list of the doorbells that had the right mount spacing I needed. Great company!
I’ve got this doorbell in nickel finish and it looks awesome. The transparent part around the button is plastic and I hope it will withstand the heat of full day sun exposure in the PNW.

Not cheap plastics, has the solid feel of a quality button. works with no issues. Light is yellow in color not a white LED color. Did put a bit of clear silicone around the bell as not sure how water ingress may impact corrosion and life span
Push button came sooner than expected, which was great. Installed the new part, and it work perfectly and matched with all the other push buttons.(apartment fix). I should’ve ordered more, at least when I do, I know it will come fast and they stock it.

I ordered a doorbell from 1809 doorbell the process was easy and simple. I haven’t received my item yet but I’m sure it will be amazing when I get it.
This button can handle a wide range of voltage. If you have DC, use the + and – terminals appropriately. If you have AC, then just connect the wires. If you replace a very old button, you might have to enlarge the hole behind the button. We mounted the button sideways since we put it next to the mail slot.

Searched Home depot and Lowes in store and online. They do not offer shiny brass doorbells. Found exactly what I looked for at 1800 Doorbells at an excellent price. Great find!
