No it does not, however, it works well with this product: https://www.1800doorbell.com/era-exrpgx.htm which gives you the ability to add a remote doorbell receiver.
Good morning. Unfortunately, no, the transformer will not fit inside of the box with the mechanism. All of our wired chimes are installed with the push button wired to the transformer and then the transformer wired to the chime. The transformer would need be installed somewhere between the chime and push button. Thank you,
