A Wireless Door Chime Used by the Hearing Impaired.

Flashing doorbells are hard to find, especially ones with a strobe light as brights as this one.  Not only is this a strobe door chime, it's also very loud.  If you or a loved one has trouble hearing your doorbell ring, the WC180 is a great, inexpensive solution.  The WC-180 wireless door chime for the hearing impaired is a kit that ships with one wireless button transmitter and one plugin wireless door chime receiver with a bright built in strobe light.  It's hard to miss the this flashing strobe when someone rings your doorbell.

This flashing wireless chime product also works great in loud environments employees need more of a visual indicator when the front buzzer is pushed.  Several of our customers use this chime unit for that specific reason.

Another great feature that makes this product stand out is the fact that it has 32 privacy settings. Simple to change by changing the jumper settings on back of the plug-in receiver and inside cover of push button allow you to select one of 32 privacy code settings depending on your needs.  This ensures that your neighbor's door chime won't make your buzzer ring and vice versa.

This product has a range of up to 150 feet.  Metal, concrete, stucco, and some other materials may interfer with the transmission range of the transmitter to the receiver.  One tip, if you have a metal door frame, we recommend mounting the button with a piece of wood between the frame and button.

  • Wireless Door Chime Receiver Dimensions are 2 5/8" x 4 3/8"
  • Wireless Range may vary depending on construction and materials
  • Extremely Bright Flashing Strobe Light flashes when the pushbutton is pressed
  • Ideal for noisy areas, industrial environments, or for the hearing impaired
  • No wiring required  to install the product.  Just plug the receiver in the wall, and mount the wireless transmitter using the supplied double sided tape or mounting screws and that's it.
  • The three sound options are "dong," "ding dong," and the "4 note Westminster chime."  Although you can add many wireless transmitter buttons as you want, you have to assign one of the available three tunes to each button.
  • One year manufacturer's warranty
  • Add on wireless buttons are available for additional doors (WC180-PB)
  • FCC Certified

We use this product for our elderly/disabled residents that can no longer hear someone knocking at their door. One family/resident called to thank us profusely for helping the quality of life/security for this family.

Two door bells were purchased for an 86 year young lady who is going deaf. The unit were placed so that she was able to see the strobes reflexing on the wall. They have allowed her the ability to know went someone is at her front door.

I purchased the door bell alarm and put the receiver in the living room. I put the button in bedroom(1)and the other button in bedroom (2). we are a older couple with health issues. If either one needs something, we just push the button to alert the other. Thank you so much

I work at a continuing care community with about 800 residents. Our average age is 80. We just started installing these door chimes upon request. They really work great for our residents that are hard of hearing.
