Pairing (programming) the SS110 Door Chime Kit – Transmitter Programmed to Receiver
Below are brief instructions on how to program a SS Series transmitter (push button for example) to the SS115 plug-in receiver.
Ensure the receiver is plugged into a standard wall outlet and batteries are installed in the transmitter
- Adjust Volume: Locate the volume control button (top button located on the side of the receiver). Press the button until the sound volume is at the highest level.
- Select Ringtone: Locate the ringtone selector button (located under the volume button). Scroll through the 52 available ringtones, stopping on the one you want to use for the transmitter you are pairing.
- Set Receiver in Pairing Mode: Hold down volume button (smaller button, top button on side) for approximately five (5) seconds until you hear a quick “ding-dong” sound and the LED on the front of the receiver starts to flash blue. *Note: the unit stays in pairing mode for five (5) seconds. If the receiver exists pairing mode before you complete the next step, repeat step 3.
- Trigger Transmitter (push button): Press the button on the transmitter (blue LED on push button will flash). The receiver will immediately play the ringtone you selected in step 3. The transmitter is now paired to the receiver.
