Heath Zenith, out of Bowling Green, KY is a well known manufacture of door chimes and doorbells. The SL-6162 is a battery operated, wireless door chime capable of playing either a 8 note Westminster chime or 2 note chime for the front door and a 1 note tone for the back door. The unit ships with the receiver, two wireless push buttons, and necessary mounting hardware.
The door chime is simple to install with the included necessary hardware and is powered by 3 "D" Alkaline batteries (not included). The code is set at the factory and chances are you will never need to change them; however, the receiver has 128 selectable codes to ensure you doorebell system is not falsely activated by a neighbor's door chime.
