You don't see very many doorbells, especialljy at this price range made out of eal wood. Not only does the doorbell have real wood, it has a vertical, stepped design which adds a nice deisgn element to the product. The RC206 has a natural-finish.
This doorbell or door chime may be powered by either 4 "C" batteries or a wired doorbell transformer. If you want to use a lighted doorbell button though, you need to make sure you have a wired doorbell transformer.
