Wireless Two-Way Intercom Doorbell System w/ Video Model IVISION
How many times have your reluctantly opened your front door without being able to see who is there? Even if your door has a peep hole, night time makes the peep-hole virtually useless. Many people love the idea of having an intercom with two-way communication and video but often times, the wiring makes this prospect infeasible or too costly. We would like to introduce the iVision Two-Way Wireless Intercom with Video. Easy to set up and operate, the iVision by Optex functions as a wireless door chime as well as intercom/video system. Not only is this system wireless, the receiver unit is a stylish hand-held device with a rich-color LCD screen. Whether you are in your kitchen, bedroom, or attic, or office this hand held receiver allows you to roam freely and not only SEE who is at your door but also interact with them via the two-way intercom system. The iVision wireless intercom system consists of two main parts, the outdoor camera/intercom unit and the hand-held LCD base station receiver. Outdoor Video/Intercom The camera/video unit mounts easy outside next to your door. The unit is small and compact measuring 5.25'' H x 4'' W x 1.5'' D, with a high-gloass metal gray finsh. The camera is night rated, with an operating temperature of -4 F to 122 F degrees, and is powered by 6 x AA lithium batteries. The estimated battery life is 12 months at one event per day with an average talk time of 10 seconds per event. The camera unit may be externaly powered by a 8-16VAC supply utilizing the terminals located on the back of the unit. The front of the camera unit features a microphone for two way communication, a camera lens, indication light (also flashes at low battery), a push button, and a large speaker. The camera will transmit a COLOR image during daytime operation and a BLACK AND WHITE image during night-time or low light situations. When the push button is pressed, the camera instantly snaps a picture that displays on the hand-held receiver. Hand-Held LCD Receiver The hand-held receiver is powered by the included rechargeable battery pack. The receiver has a white, high-gloss finish with a wireless operating range of up to 500 feet from outdoor camera unit. The receiver features a color 2.36'' TFT LCD display screen, a microphone, a speaker, door chime button, volume control, brightness control and recorded image indicator.
