We get testimonials and emails often from customers. I know some people may think it is a little corny but the truth is, no matter how good of a job you do, most of the calls or emails you receiver from customers are when something has gone wrong 
. With that said, it actually feels good to get positive feedback. Here’s a positive testimonial we recently received. It is lengthy, which makes it even more amazing!
“My husband and I purchased our home many years ago. It needed a great deal of work on it in order to make it livable. We worked on it many long hours and for many months. Finally, the day came when we could move into our new home. We packed our things and off we went.
We had completely renovated the house from top to bottom, all new plumbing, electrical and walls in many areas. The house was beautiful and everything worked perfectly.
When we arrived at our new home, my husband decided to carry me over the threshold as many new homeowners do. We rang the door chime just so we could hear it ring and nothing. No sound, nothing. The bell didn’t ring. Well, we went inside anyway, we would look at that door chime later on.
When we finally got around to checking our bell, we could not figure out what the problem was. It should have been working but, for some odd reason wouldn’t. Instead of having the electrician come out again and paying the fees he charged just for coming, we decided we could live without our door chimes temporarily. Little did we know it would become a permanent thing.
Time passed and we dealt with our door chime problem in our own way, we simply did nothing about it. Our children grew and friends would come over and ask why we didn’t have any door chimes. We had a standard answer, “We haven’t got around to it yet”. This went on for many years.
Our 25th wedding anniversary came this past year and our wonderful children gave us a party to celebrate. We had a great evening spent with family and friends, many of whom we hadn’t seen in years. The food was wonderful and we danced the night away. The celebration couldn’t have been more perfect. We sat down and began going through our many gifts and were pleasantly surprised to find that our children had purchased a set of wireless doorbells for us. It has now been installed and our home for the first time in many years, is complete.”
